RCF’s Mladice and Klema Bible Clubs provide regular bible clubs to young children and youth from preschool aged through teen aged. Our bible club program consists of two branches, Mladice Clubs for young children and our Klema Clubs for tweens and young teens. A core emphasis is teaching through the bible over approximately two years.
Mladice is the Croatian word and Klema is the Greek word for branch(es) in John 15:5, when Jesus says, “I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing.”
Mladice Carnivals are yearly, summer ministry events that bring four days of bible themed activities and fun for all of the children of a village. These are large and highly visible outdoor programs that help to publicly introduce and establish our ministry in a village.
Klema Camps are yearly, multi-night camps at a remote location for the participants of our Klema Clubs. A camp is a concentrated time to encourage youth to ponder what they have learned in their clubs and to make changes and decisions in their lives. The Klema Camp is also a time to gather youth from multiple Roma villages from the region, encouraging them to make connections with others from the region that center around Jesus Christ.
